Why Video Content & Why Sora?
The workflow I'm using to make a lot of money in my business right now is using AI to make crazy, trippy, pattern-interrupt videos and ads that get a ton of attention and conversions in my business.
You can do this in one afternoon without hiring anyone, or going in front of a camera… and you don't even need to use your own voice!
I ran these little AI ads and MADE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS - in fact, I even tested these AI videos against my own "real" face on video… and guess what…
The video ads I made with AI performed 2x better than ads with my real face in them!
I would be a little offended if these new AI videos weren’t making me so much money.
And a lot of people are making interesting content with this technology (including Coca Cola & Toys R' Us):
Let me show you:

If you think OpenAI Sora is a creative toy like DALLE, ... think again. Sora is a data-driven physics engine. It is a simulation of many worlds, real or fantastical. The simulator learns intricate rendering, "intuitive" physics, long-horizon reasoning, and semantic grounding, all… pic.twitter.com/pRuiXhUqYR— Jim Fan (@DrJimFan) February 15, 2024

Here's an ad Producer Nick made inside of a different tool, RunwayML just a few weeks ago:

While RunwayML is AWESOME, we believe Sora is absolutely game changing, especially if you're a beginner…
Over the next month we're going to be making AI ads inside of both RunwayML and Sora, so make sure you come back to the channel to see how the ads made inside each platform stack up.
What Is Sora & How Does It Work?
Let's do a quick tour of Sora…
Step 1: Write Your Script
Before you do anything else, you need to write the script for your ad.
You should aim to keep this under 2 minutes - the more concise, the better.
Ideally, an ad targeted at a cold audience should open a loop & evoke curiosity.
I could dedicate an entire video to writing the copy for your ads - if you're interested in this, please let me know.
We have already recorded an entire training on how to do this - so make sure you come back to the channel and check it out!
If you want the prompts I use for this step, then stick around to the very end so you can get access.
Step 2: Get ElevenLabs To Voice Your Script
Once you have a script written up, it's time to get AI to read it out loud for you.
To do this, we're going to use a tool called ElevenLabs.
To get started, go to https://elevenlabs.io/ and make an account.
Plans start at $5/mo.
You need to signup for a paid plan because the free plan doesn't give you commercial rights to use ElevenLabs sounds.
After making an account, you're to head over to the "Text to speech" tab on your left.
Here, you can select a voice you want to use and get it to read your script out.
In fact, there's A LOT you can do with choosing your AI voiceover.
You can clone voices, make your own, or choose from thousands of voices made by other people.
If you want, I could dedicate an entire video to ElevenLabs and all of its crazy features.
Step 3: Get Music From Udio
Next, head over to https://www.udio.com/ to get background music for your script.
Udio is a text to music tool, meaning you tell it what kind of song you want, and the AI will make it for you in just a minute or two.
Paid plans start at $10/mo.
You are allowed to use Udio commercially, but only if you have a paid plan.
Step 4: Create Your Video on Sora
To do that, head over to https://sora.com
What makes it especially useful for beginners?
The storyboard tool.
Step 5: Bring It All Together in Capcut's Free Tool
Next, you're going to take all your assets and bring it all together inside of one video.
You can do this for free with the editing tool "Capcut". Let me show you how…
Step 6: Get Traffic To Your Video & PROFIT!
BONUS PROMPTS
Use these prompts to write the script for your AI ad (full video tutorial hitting the channel soon):
Prompt 1: Prime ChatGPT
You are a professional direct response copywriter that specializes on short form ads. Over the next few messages, I will educate you on my offer and my ideal customer and you will help me come up with a script for a 1-2 minute short form video ad that I will get voiceover on. Do you understand?
Prompt 2: Educate ChatGPT On Your Offer
Here's some basic questions that I've answered about my offer. Read it and understand it so that you can write a compelling, and high converting ad script I can run on social media. Don't start writing anything yet, just read and understand my offer. 1. What is your offer? [ANSWER] Example: I offer [product/service] that helps [target audience] achieve [specific benefit/outcome]. 2. Who is your target audience? [ANSWER] Example: My target audience is [specific demographic/psychographic group] who struggle with [common challenge]. 3. What specific problem does your offer solve? [ANSWER] Example: The problem my offer solves is [problem] by [how it solves the problem]. 4. What transformation or outcome can customers expect? [ANSWER] Example: Customers can expect to go from [current state] to [desired state]. 5. What proof or credibility backs your offer? [ANSWER] Example: My offer is credible because of [testimonial, case study, expertise, etc.].
Prompt 3: Write the Hook
Based on the details of my offer that I just provided, help me craft a compelling hook that: 1. Interrupts patterns and stands out in a sea of noise. 2. Speaks directly to my target audience's core desires or pain points. 3. Immediately grabs their attention within the first 3-5 seconds of the ad. 4. Is only 1-2 sentences long. 5. Keeps an open loop - touches on the problem/pain point(s), but does not yet introduce the solution. Give me 10 unique hook ideas to test. Be creative, bold, and customer-focused.
Prompt 4: Make It Hurt
Craft the 'problem agitation' section of my short-form ad script. This section should: 1. Start where our hook left off. 2. Highlight the main problem my target audience is facing. 3. Dive deep into the emotional and practical impact this problem has on their lives. 4. Use vivid language and relatable examples to intensify the pain point without being overdramatic. 5. Set up my offer as the ultimate solution (but don’t reveal it yet). Based on the details of my offer and ideal customer, write 10 variations of a short problem agitation script (20-30 seconds each). Focus on creating emotional resonance and urgency. Remember our entire script should be 1-2 minutes total.
Prompt 5: Deus Ex Machina
Our task is to write the 'solution and CTA' section of my short-form ad script. This section should: 1. Start where we left off. 2. Introduce my offer as the perfect solution to the problem previously described. 3. Highlight the key benefit or transformation my audience will experience with my offer. 4. Use clear, compelling, and confidence-inspiring language to make the solution feel inevitable and desirable. 5. Conclude with a strong, action-oriented call to action (CTA) that motivates the viewer to take the next step, which is to [CALL TO ACTION]. 6. Write 10 variations of this section, each 20-30 seconds long, ending with a single clear and concise CTA.
